Well we started back this week, we are doing only our basics because we are packing to move so dh can be closer to work. It was a fairly smooth start back up. We are starting to talk with the election more, dd will be studying government this year since it is an election year. I have included a picture of election poster that describes the process and we have boxed in where we are in the process.
We are keeping track of the elections on our control center. This is where we keep notes for the week, I don't know what we are going to do in a couple of weeks when it no longer fits.
Here is the Chef's work, it is his Math u See lesson, his geography notebook pages on Ohio from Geography matter's Trail Guide to U.S. geography. Which I love they don't love it because it is challenging for them but that is the point.

The Wacky Prince has decided if the whole comic book artist thing doesn't work out his back up job would be a meterologist. I told him he better get busy with the math and start to pick up the pace, which he has done. He is so funny and honestly he is great in math so I am sure he will catch his sister within the next year. His geography sheet included a spot for the Underground Railroad, which he wrote a great paragraph full of information on the subway-umm it was good but not what I was looking for, he corrected it.

The Queen to be is busy and is doing good she is making great progress in math. She is also very interested in the election, she is watching MSNBC on Tuesday's for election results. I have never seen her so interested in something not related to dance, drama or dramay dance related.

Next week we start co-op but we are still going to do the basics adding in CQLA, logic and they will all have science homework. But we are still preparing for the move. So I thought I would include what I have been working on-BOXES
Notice the toilet paper, we have our priorities. also notice the black crate it is for co-op and needs to be dug out and ready for co-op next week
That is the front door and this is a long hallway with boxes and Christmas decoration already put back up getting higher and higher and ready to be moved! So that is what we have been up to this week!

We have moved twice in the last 3 years. We sold our home and rented while we built... its no fun doing it during school, but thankfully flexibility is key in our home schooling lives! Best wishes...
You had a very good week of school too! You can be proud!

Great job at keeping track of the election. That is something that I can't even do. :o) LOL
